HF is hub face to hub face. SC is spring center to spring center. Torsion axles use OB, outside bracket to outside bracket.

Measure the axle you are replacing. HF is hub face to hub face, across the outside of both hubs. SC is spring center to spring center. On a torsion axle, give OB — outside of one mounting bracket to the outside of the other — in the same box.
